Nathan Rodger is Head of Strategic Programmes and joined Tilney in 2019. Nathan brings with him significant experience In managing change, with over twenty two years’ experience in delivery of complex & time critical programmes. Having worked with consulting firms Deloitte, Cognizant and Business Systems Group he has proven success in creating value through business transformation, technology and post-acquisition integration programmes. Nathan brings experience from financial services and wealth management, having delivered major programmes for many organisations including RBSG, Barclays and most recently integration programmes for Tilney as an independent consultant.
