Paul Frame is a Managing Director and Head of Investment Management Scotland at Tilney. He also leads the charities investment team. Paul sits on the Executive committee.
He joined the company in 2006 through the management buyout of the business from Deutsche Bank in 2014. He has more than 20 years’ industry experience in the financial services sector.
Paul is a qualified solicitor by training and a graduate of both Glasgow and Aberdeen Universities. He trained with the Council of Ministers in Brussels and is a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI).
Paul is an ex-deacon of the incorporation of Coopers in Glasgow and is a liveryman of the Worshipful Company of Coopers in London. He is a member of the Development Board of the Marie Curie Hospice in Glasgow and Chair of the Ambassadors Committee for the Glasgow School of Art Development Trust in support of the Mackintosh Appeal.
