How to get help



This purpose of this guide is to explain how to get help when using the Evelyn Partners client portal.

The Help link

Once you have logged into the client portal, you can access the help information by clicking on the Help link on the main menu. The Help page will then open in a new browser tab.

What's on the Help page?

The Help page contains links to several help guides and short-form videos based on specific topics. Each guide contains instructions and screenshots to help you accomplish a particular task. 

Tip: Check the Frequently Asked Questions

In addition to the help guides and videos, there are Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) for you to refer to. These answer questions client portal users have previously asked such as “What do I do if I forget my username?”.

The FAQs are also accessible via the Help link mentioned above.
