The purpose of this guide is to confirm the minimum system requirements to use the Evelyn Partners client portal/app.
System requirements
As the client portal contains your private and confidential information, it is crucial that you access this in the most secure way possible. The portal will be regularly updated with vital security features in the background, and this means that the devices and web browsers that you use for access must also be kept up to date.
If a device you are using cannot be upgraded to the latest version of Apple iOS or Google Android operating system, you may find that you will not be able to access the Evelyn Partners app.
Web browser requirements
The table below explains the supported version(s) of the most commonly used web browsers that can access the client portal.
It is recommended best practice to ensure your web browser is upgraded to the latest version to protect you from security threats and to ensure you benefit from the latest feature updates.
Depending on the device you are using and your settings, your web browser may be configured to download and install updates automatically.

Mobile operating system requirements
Check the operating system on your mobile device is up to date if you are using the Evelyn Partners mobile app.
Please note: If the operating system on your device is not supported, (e.g., you have an old phone that cannot be updated to a recent version of iOS), you will not be able to use the mobile app.
The table below shows the minimum supported versions for Apple iOS and Google Android devices.
How you check for operating system updates will depend on the device you are using so please refer to your manufacturer’s instructions. Again, you may find that notifications are automatically sent to your device when an upgrade is available.
